Under the guidance of their experienced team, trainees will have the opportunity to learn essential skills and techniques required to build a new career within aviation. Following graduation from the 12-week training programme, successful candidates will then be based at their Gdansk Line Station.

Aircraft Mechanic Jobs (Trainee)
Aircraft Mechanic Jobs (Trainee) duties will include, but not limited to:
Supervised scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance tasks on Ryanair’s Fleet of Boeing 737-800 and 737-8200 aircraft.
Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery support.
Base Husbandry and Housekeeping
Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company procedures, policies and regulations.
Any other tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Requirements for Aircraft Mechanic Jobs (Trainee)
All candidates must have a clean criminal record, Full Manual Driving License and have the unrestricted right to live & work in the country that you are applying for this role within with a valid passport to work within that country.
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Qualification (Desirable)
Experience in a similar mechanical role such as a motor vehicle mechanic, electrician or fabricator (Desirable)
Keen interest in Engineering
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Essential)
