About the role
Complete routine store functions in a timely manner by receiving of goods, verification of quality, quantity, labelling, shelving and related transactions in inventory system, update the PPE and tools register for tracking and compliance.
Provide logistics support service to various stakeholders, follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
Responsible for clearance and delivery of overseas shipments from HIA cargo.
Periodically review min-max reports and complete the re-ordering process for maintaining optimum stock level. Complete transactions in Inventory module.
Perform periodical inventory audit to maintain stock and data accuracy.
Receipt, account, storage and issuance of turnover spares and project balance materials.
Qualifications
About you
3 years of relavant experience as storekeeper.
2 to 5 years job related experience in a facilities maintenance warehouse and experience of ERP inventory module
Experience in similar role in International Airport.
Well versed with MS Office suits.
Certificate in logistics management or finance or equivalent.
